Service Description

NuptiaAI is an AI-powered wedding venue decoration visualizer. You upload a photo of your venue, select a decoration style and budget tier, and receive an AI-generated image showing the space decorated.

Subscriptions

• Free users receive a limited number of generations as configured by the service.
• Premium subscribers get unlimited generations, HD exports, and watermark-free images.
• Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and can be cancelled at any time.
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy.

User Content

• You retain ownership of photos you upload.
• You grant us a limited license to process your photos for AI generation.
• AI-generated visualizations are for personal, non-commercial use.
• Do not upload photos you do not have rights to.

AI Disclaimers

• AI-generated visualizations are artistic interpretations, not exact representations.
• Estimated costs are approximate and vary by region and vendor.
• Styling tips are AI-generated suggestions, not professional advice.

Limitation of Liability

NuptiaAI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for decoration decisions made based on AI visualizations.
